In my role at AAAGENCY, client servicing is more than a responsibility, it’s something I genuinely enjoy every day. What drives me is the communication and connection I build with each client. Every individual is different, and working with people from various nationalities, whether from the UAE, KSA, Egypt, Jordan, or elsewhere, adds depth to my experience and enriches my perspective.

There is a common misconception that client servicing is simple. In reality, it’s far from easy. Building strong client relationships requires emotional intelligence, patience, and a deep understanding of people. It’s about choosing the right words, knowing how to answer, and understanding exactly what your client needs to hear. It’s about ensuring they feel comfortable while still achieving the goals and outcomes of the work. At times, I even adapt to their language or accent, and this small effort often creates an immediate sense of connection and trust.

Client servicing is a skill, one that requires constant learning. You must understand when to speak, how to set expectations clearly, and how to maintain satisfaction even during challenging moments. And above all, you need to build trust. Once that trust is established, everything else falls into place.

But trust doesn’t come instantly.
You learn. You adjust. And sometimes, you fail before you succeed.

I’ve experienced this firsthand. One of my clients was not satisfied at the beginning of our partnership. But over time, with patience and continuous communication, I learned to manage the relationship more effectively. I understood their preferences, their concerns, and how they liked to work. Eventually, that client became one of my strongest relationships.

What I love most about client servicing is that clients often become more than just clients. Over time, they become supporters, friends, and occasionally even like family. They are the people who stand by you when things get difficult, who speak up for you, and trust you because you’ve earned it.
